  • FOCUS

    It all starts with your dream and mapping a customized plan to achieve it.

    Health

    Over a 12-week period, you’ll redesign your daily and weekly routines to improve sleep, nutrition, and exercise.

    Social Connection

    You will meet one new person a week and set up one new date each month. You’ll reconnect with old friends and deepen your most important non-romantic relationships.

  • REFLECT

    You’ll complete a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health and relationship patterns.

    You’ll identify your attachment pattern and being moving toward creating secure attachment.

    You’ll meet with Dr. Matos one-on-one online to fine tune your skills over 12-weeks.

    You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your dating experiences with other Date Better participants.

  • Refine

    The last three weeks of the program help you craft a 10-year Power Plan to achieve personal goals.

    80% of participants are in a 6+ month romantic relationship within a year of completing the program.

    Ongoing consultation with Dr. Matos over the first year of your relationship is available.

    You’ll also have access to an invite-only speed dating experience hosted by Dr. Nazanin Moali, a psychologist and certified sex therapist in Redondo Beach.
