first 30-days

create a daily routine that supports your life goals

The first recommendation I make to all of my clients is to establish a daily routine that aligns with their goals.

Starting a healthy relationship requires you to be emotionally and physically available. That means that you’re taking care of your physical and mental health consistently. One of the hardest things to do for most people is show up consistently. If you’ve ever started a gym routine or diet but didn’t stick with it, you know what I’m talking about.

Still, a disciplined approach to your daily and weekly routines will enhance your readiness for dating.

Grab your journal and answer the following questions:

  1. What daily routines and habits do you have that are helpful to you?

  2. How much sleep are you getting? The goal should be 7-9 hours and feeling mostly rested in the morning. If that’s not you, let’s discuss ways to improve your sleep hygiene.

  3. Are you getting cardiovascular exercise weekly? Are you taking 10k steps or more daily? Integrating body movement into your daily life is key. Consider your exercise goals for the coming weeks.
